Purpose of the site
fictaria.com is an informational website about the FICTARIA platform and a sign-up form for its waiting list. No product is sold and no payment is taken through this site.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, source code and brand elements of this site belong to Bronixia, S.L., except where stated otherwise. The series titles and creator handles shown in the catalogue section are fictional examples for illustration and do not correspond to real works or real people.
AI-generated content
The images on this site were generated or transformed using artificial intelligence, and are labelled as such in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). The person shown in them is not a real identifiable individual.
Liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. Access to the site is free; browsing it implies acceptance of this notice.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless legislation on consumer protection provides otherwise.

Only what you type into the waiting list form, plus the technical minimum needed to run the site.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We do not build profiles and we take no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Until the platform launches and you have been given access, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project does not go ahead, the whole list is deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the two providers needed to run the service: IONOS (hosting and email, servers in the EU) and, where applicable, Let's Encrypt for certificates. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@fictaria.com and we will respond within one month. Deleting is one email and needs no explanation.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Cookie policy
This site does not use cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for social networks. That is why you have not been shown a consent banner: under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, none is required when only strictly necessary storage is used.
We do store two small values in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device and are never sent to any server:
